After Sales Export (m/w - 33 oder 40h/Woche)

We have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated and service-oriented candidate. Support our After Sales Export team in Berlin in the role of Customer Care. 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Daily communication with our customers and distribution partners, mainly in English 
  • Coordination of our worldwide Export deliveries 
  • Recording customers orders, invoices and credit items 
  • Controlling order delivery times 
  • Processing of complaints
  • Internal communication and cooperation with our Production and Logistics Departments 
  • Monitoring of customs and export related deckarations 
  • Monitoring and processing of our customer's payments 

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Completed business degree or eqivalent 
  • Previous professional experience with/in Customer Service 
  • Export experience advantageous, but not required 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written, other languages are an advantage 
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office package 
  • Service minded with attention to detail
  • Working independently, carefully and in a structured manner 
  • Ability to work in teams, flexibility, commitment
