As Global Sales Director B2C (m/f/x) you are responsible for the global commercial activities and strategy for MYKITAs own retail, MYKITA franchise and the MYKITA E-commerce platform. You will act as a leader in your department, provide everyday guidance by example and create constructive performance related steering tools like KPI reporting.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Budget Responsibility for Retail and e-Commerce (in close corporation with Management team and Finance)
- Develop, activate and implement global strategy B2C in cooperation with Regional Retail Managers as well as overseeing the global performance of MYKITA B2C
- Give creative input in development process of collection, campaign and branding
- Execute launch roll-out in close corporation with Brand Director
- Identify and create new opportunities, increase operational efficiencies and implement new business strategies.
- Lead, coach and motivate department management and other key team members on a proactive basis
- Define global retail development strategy
- Expand digital sales opportunities together with E-Commerce-Team
REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Substantial expertise and experience of Sales and Business Development in the consumer goods sector
- Ideally experience in Retail and/or E-Commerce
- Powerful and charismatic personality who is able to lead, inspire and develop a strong international team
- Experience with international markets and cultures
- Hands-on mentality and fun to work with
- Affinity and passion for quality brands and products
- Fluent in English
