Global Sales Manager Fashion (m/w)

THE ROLE 

  • Daily operations of all global fashion sales activities
  • Link between HQ and global fashion markets
  • Lead, coach and motivate team members on a proactive basis
  • Management and direct contact to regional representatives (Central Europe, Italy, North America and Japan)
  • Conduct an oversee product educational trainings and concept implementations
  • Setting the individual and collective sales goals - KPI targets
  • Administrating employee evaluations
  • Forecasting (in close corporation with administration team)
  • Budgeting (in close corporation with administration team)
  • Indentify  opportunities, increase operational efficiencies and implement new business strategies
  • Showroom sales (Paris, Milan and Berlin)
  • Sales Off-Season via email, phone and visits

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with an established senior executive industry network in the B2B fashion sector with BA or similar degree
  • Proven track record of sales performance and achievements on revenue targets
  • Sales experience via showroom and one-to-one meetings
  • Sales experience via phone and email communication
  • Ability to manage, motivate and engage with a mid-size global team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with a multilingual international customer base and sales team
  • Result orientated personality, with ability to work under seasonal stress-related circumstances
  • Highly professional, with attention to detail
  • A strong interest and passion for the fashion and accessories industry
  • Ability to understand and critically evaluate budgets, forecasts and targets
  • Ability to travel 25% of the year - with longer periods away from HQ
