We are seeking an experienced Designer to join our Corporate Design team within the Global Brand department starting in 2025. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and evolving MYKITA’s visual brand identity across digital and traditional media, with a specific focus on delivering user-centered web experiences for commercial purposes. As a senior member of the Corporate Design team, you will also lead key projects, ensuring they align with the brand’s vision and meet both current and future business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
/ Leading the design, development and maintenance of MYKITA’s digital presence across all platforms, you ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience that reflects the brand’s identity
/ You create intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for desktop and mobile devices
/ By applying your strong design principles, including typography, layout, and photography, you develop cohesive visual concepts that align with the brand across digital and print media
/ You develop end-to-end print materials, from designing to overseeing production processes, ensuring consistency with the brand’s digital presence
/ Collaborating with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners, you efficiently execute projects from concept to completion
/ You manage corporate design-related projects, including photoshoots, video productions, and post-production, to deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
/ With 5+ years experience in design, focusing on UX/UI and web design in a commercial context, you bring valuable expertise
/ You hold a degree in design, preferably with a focus on communication design, or relevant vocational training
/ You possess a strong understanding of typography, photography, print production, and how these elements contribute to a brand’s visual identity
/ You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
/ Fluent in both English and German, you excel in written and spoken communication
/ Well-organized and able to work independently, you also collaborate effectively within teams
/ You are a creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail
