The online shop is open and the service team is still available and committed to support in any way we can. MYKITA Shops have also re-opened worldwide.

Yes, we welcome you to shop safely on mykita.com. The online shop is open 24/7 with the full SUN collection available for order and front-door delivery. Taking all the necessary precautions, we are continuing to ship frames from our Modern Manufactory in Berlin.
There might be some delays to deliveries, but we’ll keep you updated on your order via email.
We ensure our team adheres to hygiene and safety precautions as advised by local government and health authorities. The MYKITA HAUS is sanitized frequently and thoroughly, and our packaging staff have direct access to hand sanitizers, as well as the relevant personal protective equipment to ensure our and your safety.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers and our employees is our top priority. Our shop teams are well instructed on how to safely navigate customer service and care under the current circumstances. Sanitizer and face masks are freely available in all of our stores for you to use. We regularly sanitize all surfaces and glasses that have been tried on after each customer visit. For the moment, we are only accepting card payment. For eye exams face masks are provided for you and the resident optometrist. You can download our detailed safety guideline here.
We kindly ask all our customers to wear a protective mask while shopping with us. Our shop teams are happy to provide you with a free mask when you enter the store.

Yes, many of our shops are offering contactless eye exams. A number of MYKITA Shops are still excluded from offering eye exams or frame adjustments to ensure the health and safety of staff and customers by minimising close contact. Please refer to the dedicated shop page for latest information on individual locations and to contact your local MYKITA Shop team.
The eye exam is a private appointment – only you and your optician will be in the examination room at the same time.
We recommend that you attend the appointment by yourself. An exception can be made for one accompanying person who must of course follow the same precautions.
