We are currently looking to strengthen our 8-person Customer Service Team to support our French-speaking B2B customers. After successful onboarding and in consultation, there is the possibility to work remotely for up to 40% of your working hours. Our Customer Service Team, together with the Returns Team, forms the Customer Excellence Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Professional and solution-oriented support for our B2B customers and Sales Representatives via phone and e-mail while adhering to our high service standards
• To ensure no information gets lost, you carefully document all inquiries and information in the ticketing system
• You check backorders, process orders, complaints, inquiries and issues
• In case of irregularities, you get to the bottom of things and find suitable solutions
• As part of invoice clarification and outstanding payments, you work closely with our accounting department
• In difficult cases, you keep your cool, always strike the right tone and de-escalate when necessary
• As the direct voice of our customers, you actively contribute to continuously improving our service and customer satisfaction

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in Frech, English and German – you communicate confidently and professionally in all three languages
• Additional language skills in Spanish or Italian are a plus, though not required
• Previous work experience in customer support or a similar service role
• Enjoyment in communication with customers and collaborating with colleagues, including those from other departments
• A strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented approach to finding the best solutions for our customers
• Confident in using MS Office, with experience in ticketing systems and SAP being advantageous, but not essential
