Customer Service Representative (M/F/X)

Looking for a fulfilling career in customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Hongkong.


TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • handle daily transactions of customers, including processing orders, claims, delivery queries
  • ensure customer queries are answered and resolved in a timely manner
  • liaise and communicate with various departments internally to resolve customer’s enquiries
  • close teamwork and support with colleagues in the APAC region
  • support sales events and marketing promotions


REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • min. 3 years of sales support experience
  • excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • proficient in MS Office, incl. Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • daily use of SAP system
  • ability to work independently
  • positive attidure with the willingness to learn and adapt
  • strong presentation skills
