TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
handle daily transactions of customers, including processing orders, claims, delivery queries
ensure customer queries are answered and resolved in a timely manner
liaise and communicate with various departments internally to resolve customer’s enquiries
close teamwork and support with colleagues in the APAC region
support sales events and marketing promotions
REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
min. 3 years of sales support experience
excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
proficient in MS Office, incl. Excel, Word & PowerPoint
daily use of SAP system
ability to work independently
positive attidure with the willingness to learn and adapt
