Director Global Sales B2B (m/f)


  • Lead and inspire the Global Sales Management, as well as the Local Field Sales Teams (35 staff in total)
  • Travel global markets, manage customer relationships and develop local Sales staff
  • Expand and cultivate the international customer network and number of POS (high-end opticians)
  • Design in-house training programs for the Sales staff
  • Drive Brand and Marketing initiatives at the POS
  • Define and implement international growth and distribution strategies, including the establishment of new subsidiaries
  • Create regular sales forecast aligned with financial and supply chain planning 
  • Evolve Sales organisation, processes and tools
  • Organise global trade fairs
  • Provide regular reports and communication to Senior Management

The Ideal Candidate 

  • Substantial expertise and experience of Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the consumer good sector
  • Powerful and charismatic personality who is able to lead, inspire and motivate a strong international team 
  • Experience with international markets and cultures 
  • Hands-on mentality and fun to work with 
  • Affinity and passion for quality brands and products
  • Fluent in English
