- First contact for our distributor partners for all After Sales inquiries
- Regularly communication with our distribution partners, mainly in English
- Managing customer orders & back orders, invoices and credit items
- Regularly communication and coordination with Sales Managers responsible for distribution areas
- Internal communication and cooperation with Logistics department to provide the required shipping documentation and ensure a smooth delivers process
- Internal communication with Production and other service-related departments to provide delivery times of orders
REQUIRED ROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed business degree or equivalent
- Previous professional experience with Customer Service
- Export experience advantageous but not required
- Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written. Other languages are an advantage
- Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office package
- Working independently, carefully and in a structured manner
- Ability to work in teams, flexibility, commitment
