Head of Customer Excellence (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Head of Customer Excellence (m / f / x) in full-time to manage our After Sales Team.

TAsks & Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and excellent customer communication on all channels
  • Definition and implementation of a service mission & strategy
  • Personnel responsibility for the area of After Sales (Customer Support and Returns) with approximately 17 employees
  • Design and implementation of globally standardized, customer-friendly and efficient processes in the area of After Sales
  • Definition and controlling of KPIs in the area of After Sales and deriving measures to improve our service quality
  • Continuously improving the processes in the areas of service excellence
  • Establishing best practice solutions across all sales companies and regions
  • Continuously developing the service proposition
  • Budget responsibility for After Sales
  • Monitoring of the inventory in the area of Returns
  • Participation in the management group

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least five years of professional experience in the area of After Sales
  • Experienced in the management and further development of a modern service and After Sales organization
  • Extensive business knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of common IT applications (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Intercultural understanding
  • Pronounced leadership ability and capacity for team work
  • Good communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken English, German skills are an advantage
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Customer-oriented and dynamic way of thinking
  • Commitment and assertiveness
  • Organizational and methodological skills
