Our Global Sales B2B team is currently looking to fill the role of Head of Sales Organization (m/f/x). Forming a professional unit with the Head of Sales, this position leads the Sales Organization team while working in strong liaison with and reporting to the CCO. Ensuring the quality of sales processes while managing and developing sales administration, the Head of Sales Organization has significant influence and impact on MYKITA sales strategy.


  • Consolidate market feedback and translate together with commercial team into product briefings
  • Consolidate yearly budget planning & monthly forecasts for B2B as an interface with controlling
  • Steer periodical budget planning and derive tactical measures in collaboration with commercial team
  • Manage the conceptualisation and implementation of sales initiatives, programmes and procedures
  • Further development of reporting tools and KPIs for sales management, as well as sales force according to commercial strategy
  • Lead strategic projects (e.g. customer loyalty program, sales tools, etc.)
  • Drive further development of sales service digitalisation (OET, CRM, Partner Portal)
  • Ensure functionality of ERP (SAP) to meet commercial needs & requirements
  • Continuously improve sales operations and sales supporting functions to meet commercial objectives
  • Responsible for reviewing, as well as challenging and executing the commercial sales organization strategy in order to maximize sales performance
  • Work closely with GTM and commercial team to define, execute, adapt seasonal strategy and portfolio efficiency
  • Regularly submit the consolidated cross-channel product demand (B2B and B2C) to demand planning, acting as the commercial counterpart in the weekly MTS sign-off on SKU level
  • Provide an analytical commercial counterpart in the price definition process for new product launches
  • Touchpoint with the Head of Sales in monitoring and redefining global pricing strategy for current product portfolio frames and non-frames
  • Implement global and local best practice to ensure business process efficiency on the organisational level


  • Result-oriented, strong numerical / analytical skills
  • Solid experience in operations & sales (B2B+B2C)
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Experience in managing & leading a team
  • Skilled in recognising business opportunities and problems, understanding complex challenges and formulating action plans to improve results
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to achieve desired results in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Must have the ability to influence others within the organization
  • Experience with SAP
