Junior Sales Manager Europe (m/f/x)


  • Management of the country sales managers, representatives and distributors in the responsible sales area
  • You will be responsible for most of the European Markets including France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, UK etc.
  • Encourage and develop the sales teams to achieve their turnover targets
  • Management of the entire distribution channel "optical specialized trade" in the sales area
  • Establish close relationships to key accounts and manage jointly with sales team
  • Analysis of sales KPIs, development and implementation of resultant measures
  • Present market deep dives, sales performance developments from all the territories of responsibility to management on a monthly level
  • Support in the development and implementation of strategies for optimal customer care
  • Market analysis and identification of development potential – desktop analysis of distribution markets
  • Establishment, development and implementation of sales structures in your countries
  • Annual sales planning, budget planning and sales forecast
  • Communication of sales-relevant company information to the sales teams and clients in the sales area
  • Communication of brand content and sales strategies through training with the sales teams
  • Support planning and execution of global sales meetings and international trade shows

REquired profile & qualifications

  • University degree in Business or Marketing or comparable course of education
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant business experience and track record
  • Comprehensive commercial or business management knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of common IT applications (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent in English language (spoken and written) and B2 level in German
  • Additional market relevant language skills i.e. French or Spanish are a plus
  • Well organized and dynamic personality
