Retail Administration Coordinator (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Communication with all our MYKITA Shops (franchise and owned & operated)
  • Weekly & monthly sales reports and analysis
  • Stock Management (active stock monitoring, recommendation, stock reduction, return rate handling, stock movement across Shops and cross-chanel)
  • Order entries, invoicing and inventories
  • Product planning goods for MYKITA locations (new products, stocklist, peripherical & graphic items)
  • Finance controlling (Franchise Fee, invoicing, price – controlling, etc.)
  • Merchandise guidelines
  • Data administration

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in Sales Administration, Retail or similar working fields
  • University degree or comparable education in business management, economics or similar discipline
  • Fluent in german & english (written and spoken)
  • Other languages are preferred
  • MS office skills
  • Experience with ERP–systems
  • People skills and able to work in a team
  • Well organized, structured and faithful
  • Working independently
