Retail Operations Assistant North America | Part- / Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Head of Retail Americas to manage daily business operations
  • Assist with office management and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Support bookkeeping
  • Assist with researching new and liaise with different existing vendors
  • Monitor office supplies as required, office software, hardware, portal, and related IT
  • Assist with recruitment process and onboarding of new hires, complete paperwork as needed, maintain employee and payroll files
  • Maintain record of company policies, procedures and handbooks
  • Compile sales reports
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase performance and efficiency
  • As administrative and operational needs arise, other tasks may become necessary

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience multi-tasking with the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, HR experience is a plus
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence with minimal direction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues
  • A great teammate and relationship builder – internally and externally
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently
